This video shows a Rotary Broach holder and dog in a CNC mill. Broaching like the OP asked about can be done by making a broach holder that bolts/clamps to the spindle head. Not held in the spindle itself. Then the only wear is in the ball screw and none on the spindle bearings. Cheap and easy.
