I'm collecting parts and planning to build myself a KMG-clone style belt grinder. I've read several places that the best way to keep your sanding belt on their respective pulleys is to put a crown on the drive and/or idler pulley. For those of you with a CNC lathe this might be easy but for a guy with a manual lathe its a bit harder to do.
