The Mills Pride was sold to Masco back in 2002 but went out of business in 2012-2013 and closed down the plant. Warranty is not in effect since the company was shut down. Any warranties are not going to be covered due to the contract with Mill's Pride that states that they should go to the Manufacturer which is now close.
